  • Choose your garments carefully, since being intimate garments they cannot be changed by reference or color (changes allowed only by manufacturing guarantee / verify process).
  • There is no separation of merchandise, in any case only merchandise canceled in advance and immediately at the time of placing the online order is insured to guarantee the availability of the garments.
  • We manage 2 Plans, Seed Plan (6 to 11 units), Entrepreneur Plan (12 units and above).
  • The Wholesaler undertakes to respect the minimum sales price established by Bocali for each garment; if this is not the case, Bocali will terminate the customer to avoid unfair competition.

FOR WHOLESALERS

  • The wholesale customer always pays shipping regardless of the total value purchased.
  • Once you make the purchase and we confirm the payment, we will proceed with the preparation and subsequent dispatch of the products. You will be able to track the status of the shipment with the guide that we send you once the dispatch is confirmed.
  • If in your order there is a reference that is not in stock, we will contact you to inform the arrival time of the reference or if you wish, you could exchange it for some other BC of your interest.
  • We do not refund money once you have paid for your order.
